If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

- Show no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through improper use
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost.

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may still qualify under our return policy after delivery.
