PocketEase proudly offers FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

4. Order Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

PocketEase is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.

Most orders arrive without additional charges.

However, depending on your country's import regulations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may occasionally apply.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
